There was a good range to choose from, but I found it kind of strange that some of the basic shades were missing. Makes me wonder if they just don’t restock often or if certain colors are always unavailable.

I don’t really get why anyone would complain about this because the quality is actually great. I used it and had no issues at all—my nails looked good, and it felt like a solid product to me.

I’m really happy with what I ordered from naio-nails.com. The gel colours I chose were, pretty much like the photos online, which doesn’t happen that often, I feel.
With other brands before, I’ve had shades arrive way darker or just weirdly not the same at all. These ones though were spot on, so picking colours next time, much easier it’ll be

I ordered a few nail bits and some gels from naio-nails.com, and yeah, for the price I was happy. The gels have lasted well so far, which is always the main thing for me, and the nail bits seem decent too. Delivery wasn’t exactly lightning fast, but it showed up fine, so I can’t really complain. I keep thinking I should’ve ordered a couple more colours while I was at it. Overall, good value and I’d probably buy from them again

From what I remember, it looked good and wore fine for about a week. After that, the tips started chipping a little, so I’d say it lasted okay but wasn’t super durable

I had to send one item back because I’d ordered the wrong size. Posted it back and got my refund a few days later, so it wasn’t stressful at all. Customer service got back to me quickly too.
